Step cutting allows different lengths to be cut-to-length while slitting.
Prints automatically to each slit piece.
When taking coil set out of there could be a slight mark left on the blank, where the straightening rolls stopped to cut-to-length. To eliminate this, we utilize CNC motorized vertical adjustment of Straightening rollers. We achieve this by having the straightening rollers move upward right before you cut-to-length. After the cut-to-length, the material will feed backward about 2-3 feet, then straightening rollers will come down to the proper height and remove coil set. This process is repeated until the batch job is completed. Sensitive material, for example gloss painted, soft material like Aluminum or Zinc, and mirrored stainless is important to have this feature.
When coil reverses, the film needs to pull back, then reapply when coil moves forward .
